We are now shipping to the following 23 States: Alabama, Connecticut, Delaware, District of Columbia, Florida, Illinois, Indiana, Kentucky, Maine, Maryland, Michigan, New Hampshire, New Jersey, New York, North Carolina, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, Virginia, West Virginia.
Our policy is to ship only to zones which require max. 2 day ground transit time. Our unique insulation makes it possible to ship frozen food without adding any additional ice. That way you pay only shipping for your actual food rather than for ice or dry ice. Minimum order quantity is 7 lbs (this is necessary to assure the items stay frozen). However, it can always happen that carriers have a 1 day delay in shipping. We tested our packaging and it will keep product frozen for 72 hours at 80 degrees outside temperature. Should some of the product be slightly defrosted upon arrival, it is perfectly safe to refreeze for pet consumption.
We currently offer 3 box sizes:
12 x 12 x 10.5 which holds max 9 lbs of frozen food. The empty box weighs 1.7 lbs.
14 x 14 x 14 which holds 24 lbs of frozen food. The empty box weighs 2.2 lbs.
16 x 16 x 15 which holds 40 lbs of frozen food. The empty box weighs 2.9 lbs.
Our business is mainly focused on households with one or two pets and on raw feeding beginners. That's why we offer all our products only in 1 lbs packing size. The small packing size is for your convenience (quick to defrost and less left overs).
We use FedEx Ground for all our shipments. The handling fee of $ 7 covers our cost for the insulated box and is added to each order during checkout.
The shipping method "treats only" should be used if you order ONLY dehydrated treats. If you order frozen meat AND dehydrated food, please choose regular checkout with FedEx so the $ 7.00 fee for the insulated shipping box will be added to your order.
Privacy notice: checkout is done on a secure server (paypal) and you have the payment options of credit card, debit card or paypal. We have no access to your card information.
We ship every Monday and Tuesday. Orders received before noon on those days will ship the same day. Orders received on Wednesday, Thursday or Friday, will ship the following week.
We cannot accept returns as meat is a perishable product.
If you have received a product in error or are missing an item from your order, please Contact Us immediately. We will issue a refund for the missing item.
